Cemlyn Jones is the NSW General Manager at Sidekicker. He drives Sidekicker’s business development strategy in the NSW region, helping leading Australian businesses like Airbnb, SEEK and News Corp disrupt the way they source, hire and manage their temporary and casual workforces, finding efficiencies and cost savings across multiple labour profiles in a number of industry verticals.

Prior to Sidekicker, Cem led an exemplary career in the travel industry, as the General Manager of Travelzoo Australia. His experience in leading and scaling large teams in Australia and the UK led him to Sidekicker, where his understanding of all aspects of business growth and operations assists in the consultative approach he takes with the Sidekicker clients he works with.
