Michael Cook
Group Executive – Investa Property Group

Michael has enjoyed a long and sometimes illustrious career in property; from stints as a Vice President and Senior Asset Manager at Bankers Trust Australia, with responsibility for the development and asset management of shopping centres, industrial buildings, hotels and office buildings to Head of Co-Owned Asset Management at AMP, to his current position at Investa.

Michael has been with Investa for 15 years, has been a Group Executive for 12 years and has at various times, had responsibility for Capital Transactions, Commercial Development, Leasing, Asset Management and Portfolio Management.

Michael’s development projects included: 400 George St, Sydney, the Lord Foster designed Deutsche Bank Place at 126 Phillip St, Sydney and the soon to be completed 60 Martin Place, Sydney.

Michael has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Economics, a Graduate Diploma in Urban Estate Management and is a “Fellow” of the Australian Property Institute.
