Hi! I’m Alex (or you can call me Al).
I’m an avid bookworm, cinephile, nostalgist and lover of craft beer. I grew up in the small town of Paris, Ontario, and moved to Toronto in 2009 to study Independent Music Production at Seneca College. The following ten years consisted of trying to make it in the music biz, while slinging pints and plates at various bars and restaurants across the city.
Navigating the equally murky waters of the culinary world and music industry aged me about fifty years! I kid, I’ve always been an old soul. What I mean to say is that encountering all sorts of different people and personalities helped prepare me for the unpredictable world of co-working.
As a community manager, I try to find the common bonds between people, rather than their differences. Getting to know the passions and quirks of all our members is a challenge I enjoy, and helps me curate a personal experience for them.
