Who's Coming

I’m Jess! A business coach for creative people who want to lead from their intuition, and as of March 2019, coworking space operator (or as I like to call it, “Community Builder”). I live in a rural Southern Ontario town with a population of 15,000. It’s been an incredible journey mining for those hidden, brilliant, and ready to rise solo-preneurs and remote workers who were previously working away quietly in basements. What I’ve discovered is a VIBRANT community that was just waiting to be found. Groundswell Coworking represents a place where the work that the world at large doesn’t know about yet, is getting done “under the surface”… it’s happening but not visible yet. Until the effects of that work eventually manifest into a crashing wave on the shore that everybody can see. So often we see the achievement but forget about the work that preceded it. Groundswell is a place where every step of the journey is celebrated, especially the small wins that could so easily be overlooked, discredited and swept over if you were still alone in your basement.
