Having started at Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield) moving on to SOS and then creating Douglas Green & Co., Douglas has acquired over 500,000 sq.ft. of office space throughout the UK specialising in traditional and non-traditional leases, management agreements and Freehold purchases. He has sold over 75 business centre premises including Longford, Gainsborough and Lime Kiln Business Centres to Regus and Reflex Managed offices to Clarendon Business Centres. Since the creation of GKRE in 2013 Douglas has continued to work closely with the flexible workspace operators throughout the UK and specialises in the Mergers and Acquisitions sector of the industry.
