Giles is the founder and CEO of OSiT. Born in 1964 in Welwyn Garden City and educated at Pangbourne College in Berkshire, Giles now resides in Oxfordshire and commutes each day in to the city. Giles was 21 years of age when he set up his first business which was an estate agency based in Northampton. Moving on from there, Giles set up further business including City Executive Centres, Disaster Recovery Solutions Ltd and Benchmark Law. Giles’ role at OSiT is to create both financial and business strategy whilst also finding new buildings and project managing their refurbishment and launch.
He is the originator of the ‘Fuchs Formula’, an innovative methodology for valuing serviced offices and commissioned ‘Serviced offices: A new asset class’ in conjunction with Capital Economics.
