James co-leads Storey, British Land’s flexible workspace proposition. Storey was launched in 2017 specifically designed to meet the needs of scale-ups and the flex requirements of larger organisations. In the last year, it has successfully delivered 130k sq ft of space, with a further 180k sq ft in the pipeline over the next 12 months.
