James is the co-founder and director of Serviced Offices Advice Ltd (SO Advice) operating since 2012. James users his extensive industry knowledge and experience within the Serviced and Co-working industry to act as an agent, broker and consultant to users and operators alike.

We are frequently approached by independent operators to consult and advise them on all areas of their business centre operations, new acquisitions, helping them to optimise their results.

James’ specialism is managing key client relationships with structural users and in sourcing and delivering solutions for their larger more complex requirements for flexible managed and serviced office space.

James brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise of the flexible and serviced office and co-working sectors where he has focused his work for the last 20 years. He is a well-known and respected figure within the industry.

Prior to co-founding SO Advice in 2012, James spent 12 years at Regus Group as a Corporate Account Director. The role included managing some of the Group’s largest structural serviced office users.
