Penelope assumed responsibility in 1998, building and operating a nursery school, introducing full fibre broadband, converting & refurbishing the existing buildings to create beautiful, practical homes, serviced flexible meeting rooms & office space.
Earlier this year (2018) Overbury Enterprises launched a luxury holiday & offsite farmhouse rental, following a substantial renovation project.
