Will has worked in serviced office sector for over 10 years, as a consultant to Regus, he acquired multiple sites throughout the whole of the UK on various non-traditional deals from turnover leases to management agreements. Since the creation of GKRE with Douglas in 2013 Will has acquired over 350,000 sq.ft. new sites for LEO, Ventia (now The Boutique Workplace Co.), Clarendon business centres, The Space, Spaces and Regus amongst others throughout London and the UK.
