Alex is CBRE’s Head of Space as a Service and a specialist on added value services across our property Management Division. He provides thought leadership and, innovation and best practice both internally and to our existing clients and occupiers.
Alex is a thought-leader in flex space, and he is passionate about developing future ways to live and work within the built environment. His experience focuses on enabling forward-thinking assests to accommodate the modern consumer ands business; utilising key areas such as asset management, place-making and smart technologies.
In 2014, Alex was recognised as a Top 10 people to watch in Property and Tech and subsequently was shortlisted in property Week’s Young Personality of the Year, primarily for his early research and work in the emerging co-working sector.
