Sector Specialist Central London Offices
Nick is Senior Asset Manager to the Fund and a sector specialist for Central London Offices. He is a Chartered Surveyor and joined Legal &
General in June 2019 from Tellon Capital where he managed a range of development projects including 2 Central London office projects.
Prior to Tellon Capital Nick spent 7 years working in the Central London Capital Markets teams at Savills and Colliers International. Nick
studied Geography at Nottingham University and completed a Masters in Real Estate at London South Bank University.
