Steve is a Partner based in our central London offices. He has over 25 years’ experience specialising in rating/local property tax valuations throughout the UK but has specialised in the office market in central London and the Home Counties with particular emphasis on the Flexible Office sector.
He works closely with our Rate Management and Payment Team, the largest in the country, currently managing in the region of £1.5billion a year in rate payments on behalf of our clients.
