Acting on behalf of operators and owners he has secured over 30 non-traditional agreements either as Management Agreements or Profit share/Turnover Leases over this period as well as negotiating leases on over 750,000 sq.ft. around the UK.
HEWN was created as a result of the major shift in workspace attitude and culture and was designed to meet the ever changing needs of flexible workspace operators and property owners alike. HEWN assists flexible workspace operators with their expansion strategies, advising them on the opportunities available to acquire space via traditional and non-traditional management agreements or freehold purchases. HEWN also advises property owners on their asset strategies, and opportunities to partner with flexible workspace providers or create their own product.
