Cheni comes from a co-working & community background having established the 1st coworking space back in 2001, Sunshine Suites. Seeing an opportunity in how traditional office spaces can be transformed into flexible, collaborative and affordable solutions which aided startups. His vision sparked a global movement that has created one of the fastest growing sectors today, coworking.
In 2009, Cheni began a social experiment which eventually became known as PYNK (People You Now Know). Through curating and hosting a wide variety of events which drive engagement and communal effort, Cheni created the culture and structure which evolved PYNK from a small group of 20 friends to a community of 250 people which thrives today.
That experiment led him to understand how collaboration and structures take form in creating successful, growing communities. The central values and practices of kibbutz – mutual investment, looking out for others, and enacting strategies for growth have been the core foundation for the successful endeavors in Cheni’s life.
The Evolver Group brings together his professional and personal skill sets from 20 years in real estate, community building, hospitality and event curation to achieve the pinnacle of his life’s work.
