Diana is a co-founder and visionary for the Impact Hub Santa Barbara (www.impacthubsb.com) and founder of Balance Financial Management (a full service back-office and business management consulting firm, www.balancefm.com). Over the past 20 years, Diana has been involved in multiple startups, private equity and investment management companies. She received her B.S. in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, her Juris Doctorate at the Santa Barbara College of Law, and is a member of the State Bar of California. Diana has a strong passion toward building enterprises dedicated to realizing positive impact within our communities.
