Responsible for developing partnerships across all KSU Foundation commercial real estate assets including, but not limited to the K-State Office Park and K-State Research Park. Bring together stakeholders from across the organization, university and community to create opportunities to find prospective tenants and cultivate their interest in leasing property. Handle negotiations with prospective tenants in conjunction with internal stakeholders and manage relations with third-party brokers and community organizations with an eye toward community engagement and partnership. Successful interaction with funding partners including other non-profits, economic development entities, and financial institutions are key components of my role.
