Austin Titus, the middle son of United Franchise Group (UFG) CEO Ray Titus, has been in the franchising industry his entire life. Starting at a young age and throughout his college career, Austin received hands-on experience while working for Signarama, Fully Promoted, and SuperGreen Solutions franchises. After attending Florida Atlantic University, he began working at United Franchise Group headquarters full-time in Franchise Development.
For four years, Austin served as the Director of Franchise Development and Director of Broker Relations for all the United Franchise Group brands.
After that, Austin helped start the “Emerging Brands” division of United Franchise Group and served as division President for two years. In the role, he oversaw the brands that had 50 or fewer franchises, which at the time included SuperGreen Solutions, Network Lead Exchange, and Resource Operations International.
In 2019, Austin was named President of Network Lead Exchange and he has dedicated his efforts to the overall growth of the brand. Today, Network Lead Exchange has over 50 franchises in 15 states.
