I love the industry we’re in! We started our first coworking space back in 2009, before I’d ever heard the word “coworking” — and now we have seven. We knew we had to be hyper-efficient if we were going to make this strange new field work, and so we built the beginnings of Deskworks (our automated, simple management platform for running coworking spaces) and developed the automated operations and infrastructure to run spaces with just one staffperson.
But back to loving coworking…how many industries have such a big impact on improving the environment by reducing commutes, improve quality of life by letting people work closer to home, and improve community by providing a space for serendipity?
