Belle Morales has over 20 years as a leading professional in the logistics industry.
She started her career at NYK Logistics (1994 – 1997) in the Philippines, and was later recruited by Dynalink Sytems, Inc., in California as VP of Sales. Belle was instrumental in Dynalink’s fast growth (worked there from 1997 to 2007); helping transform the company from a small local logistics provider to a multinational company with offices in the US and China. Under Belle’s capable supervision, Dynalink was awarded by Inc. 500 as one of the fastest growing companies and one of the most profitable freight forwarders in the US.
Belle later moved on to a bigger logistics outfit called Summit Logistics International in 2007, acquired by Toll Global Forwarding last 2010, a publicly traded company in Australia worth AU$ 8 Billion. Japan Post, with US$ 3 Trillion in assets just bid on Toll Holdings last February 2015. Some of the key clients she currently works with are Albertsons/Safeway, TESLA Motors, ASUS Computers, and Just Fab.
As an expert in international freight and transportation, Belle was featured in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Fortune Magazine. She was also featured at the Journal of Commerce’s Women In Transportation.
In her continued pursuit for excellence, Belle Morales has incorporated The Sliding Doors Asia Pacific (SDAPI) in the Philippines last 2016. SDAPI has successfully secured Okada Manila and Daiichi Properties as its first clients in Asia, and continuously captures more partners in the Asia Pacific Region. Exclusive distribution of the system was then contracted to CITIMEX (Cedarside Group) last December 2021 and Belle rejoined The Sliding Door Company as VP of Business Development in the United States.
