Elide Rathborne has been the Director of Design at Bond Collective since 2015. She oversees every detail associated with the creation of each location while working closely with architectural, contractor and in house procurement teams to ensure timely and well developed spaces.
Her creative points of view are rooted in history and travel. She is a graduate of the Sotheby’s Institute of Art, and has been featured in Dwell Magazine and Mic.com’s series “Reinventing the Workplace.” Her mission is to bring confidence and joy to members through their work environment.
