I saw the need for flexible work-space within our growing local business community in Modesto, California. I envisioned and cultivated an aesthetically pleasing and uplifting environment that encourages collaboration, productivity, and success. We were the very first coworking facility to open in our area! Nine3One is Centrally located in Modesto, California just a short trip from the beach, the mountains, San Francisco, and Sacramento.
Nine3One is the sister company of the other businesses that we own which are conveniently located on the same block in a bustling downtown location. We own a whole-food plant-based café, The Farmacy where members receive special discounts. We also own a historical all-inclusive full-service wedding and event venue named The Century, where our members can host large meetings and conventions. Lastly, we own an Instagram worthy wine bar called Rosé Bouquet where members get exclusive savings on our most popular wine flights.
I absolutely love being in the coworking/flex space industry and look forward to future expansions.
