With a philosophy of respecting the intricacies and relationships between 25N’s Members, employees, and environments, Meagan is driven to find the perfect balance of community and productivity using operational tools and models for growth. As 25N expands, she continues to explore the processes & procedures “behind the brand” to keep her company — and her team — thriving.
Meagan is responsible for directing on-site operations and managing 25N’s corporate team of brand, culture, sales, hospitality, and events professionals. She is elbow-deep in sales strategies and product pivots daily, and collaborates with the 25N marketing team to execute organizational goals. On the executive side, Meagan develops corporate and real estate relationships and produces financial projections for new projects and initiatives.
As a strategist for Workplace Studio—a multidisciplinary interior design arm of 25N Coworking—Meagan brings operational consulting to coworking startups and existing coworking companies looking to enhance their workspaces or grow into new markets.
As a thought leader, Meagan influences over 30 independent coworking operators as President of the League of Extraordinary Coworking Spaces (LExC) — a reciprocal network of nearly 100 hand-picked coworking locations.
