Monica has 13 years of industry experience, joining The Instant Group in 2008. Throughout her time at Instant, she has been in various roles including Head of Sales of the digital team, a member of the Solutions Development team and for the last 6 years, has been driving the Account Management side of the business. Monica recently moved into the role as Director of Operator and Landlord Solutions for the Americas, enhancing Instants’ relationships with operators and landlords to enable growth in the flex community.
