A fierce champion of innovation, entrepreneurship and meaningful social impact, Alanna Imbach is the founder and CEO of Vibe Coworks, the largest shared workspace and coworking community West of Seattle.
In 2017, Alanna packed up house, home and her then-2-year-old twin girls to move 2,800 miles from NYC to the Greater Seattle area, build a 40,000 square foot building from the ground up, and breathe life into a coworking community that is transforming the West Sound region.
The premise? That each of us should be able to do the work that we love from the place that we love (even if that place is “rural”).
Eight months after opening, Vibe Coworks was named Emerging Business of the Year, followed by the honor of being named Best Meeting Place and achieving broad recognition as the region’s central hub of entrepreneurial connection and inspiration.
In 2020, Vibe Coworks opened its first flex-office location, The Spot, at the height of Washington state’s COVID19 pandemic while continuing to pave a path towards multi-location expansion.
Alanna lives in Kitsap with her husband and daughters, where Swiss is the reigning household language and hallway headstand competitions have come to be the ultimate sign of pandemic times.
