Jill Traylor

Jill is a Principal and the Director of Interior Design at EskewDumezRipple, an architecture, interiors, and urban design firm, where in eight years, she has elevated the practice’s reputation for interior design to one of national prestige. Jill brings over 20 years of expertise in the design of commercial interiors, having practiced in Manhattan, Dallas, and New Orleans. She brings experience in a wide range of project types, with a focus on coworking, workplace, hospitality, and urban mixed-use. An integral leader in countless project success stories, with recent achievements including the coworking outposts The Shop in Salt Lake City and New Orleans, and the Center of Developing Entrepreneurs in Charlottesville—where she led a team in completing holistic, communicating interiors for the $95M commercial office development.

Thoughtful planning and end user experience are paramount in every project she leads. In layering materials, textures, and furniture selections, her work strives to create spaces that are as unique as the clients they serve—spaces that reinforce an organization’s culture, mission, goals, values, and brand. Such considerations transcend scale, navigating big picture elements down to the details, hand-picking accessories and artwork to complete a vision.
