Marissa Limsiaco is President and Co-founder of Otso, offering A-rated insurance for lease security as an alternative to traditional cash deposits and letters of credit in commercial real estate leasing. She has been innovating problems in the industry for almost a decade with a vision to make leasing commercial real estate easy for everyone. In 2019, she was featured in the ‘Think Different” category at the Women in PropTech Global Awards for the most creative solution to an old problem for the real estate industry. Marissa is also a West Point graduate, decorated Army combat veteran, and as a Division I athlete she was nominated as NCAA Woman of the Year.
