With over 15 years of first-hand global operational sales experience and previously a Senior Executive with an ASX listed global shared office space and coworking provider, Schilo is considered a veteran of the industry. At JLL, Schilo is the Solutions Lead for the Americas and focuses on developing strategies to create profitable flexible workspace solutions and businesses for investor clients.
Her diversified background in shared workspace covers the globe from her hometown of Perth, Western Australia to Singapore, Belgium, Sydney to the United States opening and expanding a national network of locations and developed strategies to drive global enterprise sales.
In the 6 months prior to joining JLL in early 2020, through her consultancy company, Schilo opened coworking locations for private investor clients in Melbourne Australia, Los Angeles and Virginia.
