Customer Success is a passion of mine. A year and a half ago I started as an Onboarding&Customer Success representative in OfficeRnD with 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Team Lead in another software company. I could honestly say that communicating with clients on a daily basis and helping them grow their business is something that makes me happy and I don’t see as an obligation. I have a combination of tenacity and passion because I believe that they go hand-in-hand. A great work ethic and a willingness to do what needs to be done in order to make the customer successful is critical to me being on a customer-facing role.
