What GCUC Access is
Coworking can be the first industry to get this right.
GCUC Access launched at GCUC’s 50th global event in New York City in April 2026, built on one idea: every coworking member, anywhere in the world, should be able to reach mental health support through their workspace — not as a premium add-on, not as a favor, just as part of what a space is.
In practice, that looks different space to space. Some spaces partner with a local mental health provider. Some pilot in-person or digital support pathways. Some train their team to recognize when a member needs more than a desk. Some trade space for a provider’s time. There’s no single required blueprint — there’s a shared deadline.
“Every coworking member, anywhere in the world, should have access to mental health support through their workspace. Not as a premium add-on.”
