Yes. A great deal of the GCUC content is free to the public but recordings of our events, templates, deals, discounts, resources and private slack groups are behind a paywall.

How do I cancel my membership?
As long as you are within your cancelation period it is as easy as clicking visiting your Account section, selecting “Subscriptions” then “VIEW” and cancelling your subscription. Make sure that when you fill out the form you finish by clicking CANCEL otherwise your account will still be active.
NOTE: Clicking DELETE ACCOUNT will not cancel your subscription, only your member personal details. Please make sure to follow the above steps to cancel your subscription.
If you are outside the window, you will get an email from us and will continue to be charged until your contract is up.
All GCUC memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you are canceling a membership due to financial hardship, contact us – let’s work something out. We want to see you succeed in our community.
How long is my membership good for?
Memberships are annually recurring.
Does it matter where I am located?
Nope- GCUC membership is global.
Can multiple people share a membership?
Nope. If you have multiple locations under the same company then yes, but if you are 2 separate businesses, the answer is no.

When do I get my GCUC ticket discount?
We will send out codes to members when we release tickets for each event. Stand by.
What constitutes a "Partner"?
If you are signed up as a vendor or consultant-you can be listed on the partner page. If you are signed up as a space operator, you do not qualify.
What are my payment options?
GCUC memberships are purchasable annually . A cancellation notice is due 15 days prior to the next billing cycle. All GCUC Memberships auto renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Will there be member only events?
While there are not member only events currently (members do get exclusive perks at GCUC events) they are something we would like to offer in the future.
I would like to report a violation of the GCUC Code of Conduct due to a situation that made me feel uncomfortable at a GCUC Event. Where can i do that?
GCUC is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religious affiliation. We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Event participants violating these rules may face consequences including, but not limited to, expulsion from the event without a refund. By attending this event, you are agreeing to abide by these guidelines.

What is GCUC places?
A global network of spaces for you and your members.
For example, when a member from ACME in Toronto travels to Sydney for work and needs a meeting room, they can book a workspace at Hub Australia at a 20% discount.
Giving your members access to a global network of spaces is a great selling point and differentiator. It gives your members all of the charm and community of your space while also the ability to move and travel with their membership.
What discount do I get as a part of the GCUC places network?
20% on all spaces in the network.
How do I become a part of the GCUC places network and what does it cost?
- First you have to be a part of the GCUC Community and have either a small, large or global workspace listing. Then you click the “opt into GCUC Places” check mark when submitting your space listing and we take it from there.
- The GCUC places network is no additional cost to our GCUC community members. Anyone in the GCUC network agrees to extend a 20% discount to other GCUC Community members and spaces.
If I cancel my GCUC community membership does it automatically end my GCUC Places access for me and my members?
Can my members use the network to travel within too and what does it cost them?
Yes! It doesn’t cost them anything outside of the price of the space they book (which will be at at 20% discount from list price).
Can I control what inventory or offering I put on the GCUC place network?
Yes, of course. You can manage your inventory on your LiquidSpace profile. Any listings you add or remove will instantly be updated in the GCUC portal.
Can I edit and update my space profile on GCUC places?
Yep! This will be managed in your LiquidSpace profile.
Is there a standard T&C spaces in GCUC places have to follow?
No. T&Cs are the ones you outline for your space in liquidspace.
