Disrupting the Disruptors

Flexible workspace and coworking operators have often been labelled as disruptors of the commercial real estate industry. However, new players have emerged; from asset owners self-delivering to hospitality operators bringing additional layers of service and offerings, while traditional real estate service providers are also eyeing the sector. We bring together some of these parties to discuss what the future competitive landscape looks like.

Navigating The Tech Jungle: A Human Experience

This session will focus on how technology can be used to first help build business resilience, either through innovating new revenue streams, or through building efficiencies that positively impact bottom line, and second, to improve the customer (or employee) experience. Through an analysis of case studies that showcase first how businesses have been innovative in their use of tech to achieve both of the above, and second how understanding consumer behaviour (and using technology to do that better and more efficiently) can better the overall experience in a space, we will identify and analyse new opportunities for growth and innovation.
