Convene at 22 Bishopsgate is this year’s stunning venue, a state-of-the-art office building in the heart of London’s financial district. Just steps from 10 tube stations in London, our venue was intentionally selected with a premium experience in mind for GCUC London this year. With design influence from London Liveries as well as the surrounding historic architecture, it’s the perfect mix of new and old. Sounds like a GCUC conference to me! 

Like always, it will be an unforgettable event, featuring two days of inspiring keynotes, workshops, panel discussions and tours. One of our highlights of GCUC London is the Workshops & Roundtables, designed for interactive discussions and collaboration. These sessions are a great way to share your own experiences and learn from others, and are a key part of what makes GCUC so unique. We want everyone’s voice to be heard, which is why we love including these small group interactions in a large event. Each Roundtable allows attendees to join discussions of their choice at their convenience, combining the best elements of community-driven dialogue with expert-led insights. Although we know our venue, Convene at 22 Bishopsgate, is top-notch, we’re also working on a lineup of coworking tours. It is a juicy conference after all… These tours are designed to provide a behind-the-scenes look at the city’s most exciting coworking spaces, offering insights into their design, operations, and community-building strategies. Here at GCUC, we like to plan ahead. So to make the most of your GCUC London experience, it’s essential to plan your day in advance. Prioritize the sessions and activities that matter most to you, and make sure to leave some time for unexpected conversations and connections. We’re excited to hear Dean Connell in his session dedicated to uncovering the secrets of differentiating your competitive edge in workspace design. Freddie Fforde, the Founder and Managing Director of Patch, is this year’s MC. He will set the stage for the events ahead, covering essential housekeeping details and help you navigate through the conference.  

Before heading to London, don’t forget to pack your authenticity, listening skills, and curiosity to network like a pro. Whatever it takes for you to build strong connections and relationships, be prepared to engage with fellow attendees, speakers, and sponsors. Be sure to bring the essentials: comfortable shoes, a portable charger for your phone or laptop, and a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. You may also want to bring a small notebook and pen for taking notes, there is too much information to remember! 

That being said, with all the excitement and networking it’s easy to forget to breathe. Make sure to grab a drink, stretch your legs, and recharge. Don’t let your battery drain too low!
