“At the age of 26 and $1000 to my name, I decided to take the risk and start my own business called Perfect Staffing,” Chiko said.

On the other hand, Perfect Office Solutions provides flexible and modern coworking spaces for professionals and businesses looking for a dynamic and collaborative work environment.  With 20 open spaces and 3 in the works for 2025, these spaces are designed to meet the diverse needs of any one who opens the door.

Chiko discusses his approach to focusing on office-intensive environments within Perfect Office Solutions, and having a niche towards entrepreneurs. By prioritizing the needs and preferences of his customers, Chiko has been able to build a loyal clientele base and establish a strong reputation in the industry within the Washington DC/Maryland area. “We want to be wherever entrepreneurs are,” Chiko said. 

Liz and Chiko also discuss his strategic approach to expansion, providing valuable insights into the decision-making process behind choosing new city locations and the branding of “Perfect.” By sharing the rationale behind his business decisions, Chiko offers listeners a glimpse into the mindset of a successful entrepreneur and the thought process that drives growth and expansion. 

“Just having a look at competitors and seeing where they are,” Chiko said. “If I have 2 or 3 competitors then I need to be there because we’re offering something different.”
