By Stormy McBride On July 3, 2023 In GCUC AustraliaGCUC APAC

In the session, “KPIs you should be tracking to maximize your ROI” we focus on helping you understand the key performance indicators (KPIs) that are critical for the success of your business. We hosted a pannel on this topic at GCUC North America in Chicago and it was VERY highly rated so we are bringing it across to Sydney as well.

We often hear that besides meeting amazing humans, one of the best parts about GCUC is learning actionable insights that you can implement upon your return to work. This session is sure to be packed with tactical tips and strategies you can do just that.

During this session, you will learn the different metrics and how to choose the right fit options for your business. You will learn methods to track and measure their progress. In addition to discussing strategies to drive growth and improve performance of not only your bottom line but your community engagement.
